Company Liquidation and Dissolution

The liquidation process involves the closing of the accounts up to the liquidation date, coordinating with audit professionals to have all pending audits submitted and all tax returns filed, and finally appointing a liquidator to have the company dissolved and eventually struck of the registry.
In collaboration with the liquidators we will take care of compiling and submitting to the Registry of Companies all the required documents for the company to be put into voluntary liquidation, within 14 days from liquidation date. Liquidation of assets is done, as well as payment of any creditors.
Once it is confirmed that no balances exist with the Inland Revenue Department, VAT Departments and Registry of Companies the liquidation accounts can be prepared from the liquidation date to the date of distribution.
